The chapter is titled “Designing Commercial Simulations for Teachers” and appears in the book Digital Simulations for Improving Education: Learning Through Artificial Teaching Environments, edited by David Gibson and Youngkyun Baek. The chapter is based on a line of simulations that Piccolo developed for aha! Process, Inc. to train teachers in classroom management strategies.
